Shipping policy

FOCUS 01 is produced in limited batches. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were received once the current batch is ready to ship.

We'll email you as soon as your order ships, with tracking details so you always know where it is.

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times depend on your location and carrier and are shown at checkout. Estimates begin from the day your order ships, not the day it was placed.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email hello@noeris.co and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
