Refund policy

If FOCUS 01 isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order being delivered. We want you to try it with confidence.

To start a return, email hello@noeris.co with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply with instructions and a return address.

Because FOCUS 01 ships in limited batches, your order may be placed as a pre-order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships — just email us with your order number.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Opened canisters are accepted for first-time orders only; please return the canister with any remaining capsules.

Items damaged through misuse, or orders returned without prior approval, may not be eligible.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

The fastest way to change your order is to return the original item and place a new order.
